When you arrive on the island, chances are you'll be at the Kona Airport. To get to the Waikoloa Beach Resort, simply go up to the highway (#19), and make a left hand turn. Approximately 25 minutes later you'll see the entrance to the Waikoloa Beach Resort on your left (there's really nothing but barren lava fields between the airport and the resort, so it'll be hard to miss!). Make a left turn from the highway to enter the resort area. The first resort on your left side will be the Waikoloa Beach Marriott. You will need to park off to the left of the resort in the public parking area.
